Our "Reel Paradise" was used as a vacation rental for almost three years. We had it advertised on and got the most results from vrbo.com. It made very good income and was able to pay for itself except for the improvements that we choose to do. I was picky about number of guests staying and could have filled a lot more nights if I had wanted to.
The only reason we are selling is that we are six hours away and want to find something closer that we can use more often.
